For baking and freezing. Also available in individual shapes.
Flexipan allows the production of the majority of the usual freezing and baking processing in the confectioners, ice-cream,restaurants, confectionery industries, etc.
It can be used to produce sweet
and salted products
replacing the metal tray with assembled mould.
Excellent for both freezing and baking in airy, static ovens, or on automatic lines.
It can be used from - 40°C to + 280°C. Suitable also for microwave oven.
