Details
The Tower series, thanks to its 660 mm rolling
width, allows to obtain dough with a larger width
which is ideal for feeding work benches
Available in a wide range of models, the solid
framework of these manual dough sheeters guarantees high stability and long-lasting reliability.
Produced with rolling thicknesses from 500 to 660 mm, these machines offer increased production with completely reduced dimensions in order to meet all production and space requirements
An extractable lower surface in stainless steel
Facilitates dough collection while maintaining reduced dimensions
All standard dough sheeters have an ergonomic multifunction rolling pin holder,
in cast aluminium, which can support the rolling pin in various positions.
It is supplied complete with two stainless steel rolling pins and is perfectly
integrable in the machine when not in use
The two easily removable scraper units (top
and bottom) have been designed to allow convenient cleaning and efficient operation with two traction springs in each scraper
The elegant and ergonomically designed flour tray in food-approved plastic is standard on all dough sheeter models. Using the appropriate handles, it can be easily extracted for convenient cleaning
Unlike most dough sheeters on the market, the rollers have a diameter of 85 mm
The reinforced aluminium surfaces guarantee the framework greater strength and increased lightness
Cutting device on which rotating moulds can be mounted for cutting croissants, pizzas
The sturdy 15 mm-thick aluminium
sidebars guarantee the framework increased stability and precision with a longer service life
The entire framework of the dough sheeters is made in AISI 304 stainless steel, and the work surfaces are in Aluminium
