Without a doubt, the Multidrop is the most versatile depositor you can use in your bakery. There are many models available that can be configured to produce spritz cookies, twisting cookies, wire cut cookies, biscotti logs, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, macaroons, meringue, éclair, cream puff, and cheese straws. All of these products can be done on our hard dough head.A soft dough head can be added to the machine to deposit liquid products like cake, ladyfingers, brownies and Madeleine’s.
A special hard dough head is available with ‘American’ rollers, which can pass large chucks or nuts (chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, whole almonds).

Dosing unit rollers type for hard pastries with stainless steel

Multi-Drop
The MULTIDROP XL model is the most sophisticated and innovative machine you can imagine for maximum control and facilities.
Through the movement of three computer-aligned axes (horizontal: yelow - vertical: blue - nozzle rotation: red) the operator can create many imaginative ney shapes of biscuits and accurately reproduce the craftaman's manual movement.
The machine is extremely compact (only 115x79 cm overall with the table dismanteld!) and is equipped with four rotating casters to allow for easy movement. Fabricated completely in stainless steel to allow for easy cleaning, the machine is equipoed with the usual safety devices.
