The machine is able to cut and round 850-1000 pieces of dough per hour.
The portions can weight from 110 to 320 gr with the cutting group dividing into 14 sections and from 320 to 600 gr with the cutting group dividing into 11 sections.
The machine is extremely easy to use, small in its dimensions and very practical.
