Spa is an automatic rounder divider available in the 15, 22 and 30 divisions version. This machine is ideal for dividing and rounding the dough and particularly suitable for processing bakery, pizza and pastry products.
Its dividing and rounding system is very careful, soft and precise. The divisions take on a perfect round shape with a different dimension, according to the selected weight. It is provided with a device for regulating and controlling the weight, depending on the quantity and consistency of the dough.
The machine is quick and noiseless, of solid construction, with cast iron head, 18/10 stainless steel blades.
Its structure is in electro welded steel with oven-painted finish, suitable for food-industry applications.
The head and the divider ring are removable for easy cleaning. The rear panel allow the access to the mechanic parts of the machine and facilitate the maintenance. The machine is mounted on wheels and equipped with anti-vibration feet.
The machine is available in a manual, semi-automatic (pressing and cutting by means of a hydraulic piston) and automatic (automatic rounding) version.
The declaration of Conformity, in according to the European Community directives applicable is delivered with the machine.
