Rotary Moulder Cookie Machine

For specially shaped cookies and biscuits, the Rotary Moulder is the machine of choice. With a production rate from 4 - 14 pans per minute, you can produce most any shape cookie you require.



This machine feeds the dough onto the die plate, which then releases it onto a canvass belt. From the belt, the moulded cookie drops directly onto the flat baking pan via the automatic pan feeder.
