Is an electronic Doser-Mixer with microprocessor electronics, equipped with a digital touch-type keyboard for setting the quantity and the temperature of the water to be dosed, with 80 different recipes.

It is equipped with digital displays for the visualization of the water quantity and temperature and for the temperature measured by the external probe.



Mixing and by-pass are automatic.

It doses and mixes warm and pipe water, warm and refrigerated water; refrigerated and pipe water; warm, refrigerated and pipe water (according to the type of installation)

To obtain the desired water quantity at the desired temperature.

An automatic by-pass is foreseen for draining of water not at set temperature, which can be controlled thermostatically or by time.

The device has the double function of doser and microdoser: it is possible to set either big batches (up to 99,9 l) at a resolution of tenth of litre, or small batches at a resolution of centesimal of litre (up to 99,99l)

All Water Doser - Mixers are governed by a microprocessor and equipped with a digital membrane keyboard for setting the desired water quantity and, in some cases, the desired temperature.

They dose and mix warm and pipe water; refrigerated and pipe water; refrigerated and warm water; or warm, refrigerated and pipe water, according to the type of installation.

Four lines of machines are manufactured: 55, 45, 35 and 25.

For each line 45, 35 and 25 there is one model which has only the Dosing functions.

All models can work either in ºC-litres or ºF-pounds; and powered at 230V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz.
